The storm has passed. The fire is out. Restoration experts have ensured that your property is secured from further damage. What’s next? Our IICRC Certified team will begin the process of carefully analyzing the contents of your home or business. We will remove the contents to prevent further damage. Each item will be meticulously inspected, restored (brought back to its pre-loss condition) and stored in our climate-controlled facility until all the repairs to your home or business are completed. We then carefully return the items to your home and stage them in the original places.

INSPECTION

Our IICRC Certified team will begin by evaluating your situation. We will examine the loss areas and determine salvageability, restoration processes and appropriate pack-out procedures. 

INVENTORY & PACK-OUT

Before any “Structural Restoration” can begin, we start the INVENTORY and PACK-OUT process. During this time, we will carefully examine, inventory, and pack each item deemed salvageable. Each item will be photographed before they are carefully packed and taken to our cleaning and storage facility. We use the industry’s best software for Contents Restoration, Encircle. 

Contents Category:

• Restore:      “Salvageable” Items that can be restored and brought back to their      pre-loss condition.
• Dispose:      “Un-Salvageable” Items that are deemed “total-loss”. These items will be      documented and appropriately discarded or disposed.
• Preserve:      Preservation is the act of salvaging and restoring an item that would      otherwise be deemed unsalvageable due to value, antiquity, or sentimental      value. 

CLEANING

Based on advanced knowledge and understating of the proper cleaning methods, our Certified Technicians locate, identify, contain, remove, and properly dispose of unwanted substances from the contents. 

Our content restoration technicians determine the best techniques to treat your belongings depending on the source and extent of damage. We use a variety of tools and techniques to clean including solutions and materials that remove soot, odors, and bacteria. Once the items have been cleaned, we deodorize them in the hydroxyl chamber.

STORAGE

We will store the items in our climate-controlled warehouse while they continue to be repaired and restored to their pre-loss condition. Our secure storage facility has 24-hour video surveillance, so you can rest assured that the contents of your home or business are safe. Should your home not be ready for contents to be returned, we will provide storage until that day arrives.

PACK-BACK

This is the most exciting time for our clients. When the CONTENT RESTORATION process is complete and your home or business has been fully repaired, our technicians will carefully unpack items and return them to their original place.

SALVABLE CONTENTS REPORT

Our experts use Encircle software to fully document each item that has been determined SALVAGEABLE. We make our best efforts to return contents to their pre-loss condition and work closely with the insurance company, on your behalf, to ensure that each content is properly restored. 

TOTAL LOSS REPORT

Our experts use Encircle software to fully document each item that has been determined a TOTAL LOSS/NON-SALVAGEABLE. The item is then cross referenced with many online vendors to determine the replacement cost. This allows us to generate an itemized report to speed up the reimbursement process.
